A modernist idea made buildable

A Desert Modernism-inspired Lindal design shaped around post-and-beam structure, indoor-outdoor living, and a private guest wing organized around the pool courtyard. We carried it from sketch to an approval-ready California project, with the site, the codes, and the owner's decisions settled in order.

Choosing a builder

A Lindal package can go to any qualified builder you choose. The 180 House was built by Fassino Construction, our preferred builder.

Design heritage, translated for today

A Lindal translation of Usonian design principles, adapted for tall volumes, narrow-site geometry, and a dramatic progression into the main living space. The plan translates Frank Lloyd Wright's Penfield House, keeping its higher ceilings and fitting its proportions to Lindal's Elements grid.
